Microsoft has officially confirmed that it would soon have an upgrade to its various mobile handsets. Windows 10 OS which currently has 34-bit operating system would be soon updated to 64-bit operating system.
Once the devices are updated with 64 bit operating system the devices would have the ability to include more than 4GB RAM. The up gradation should allow larger number of registers, more memory space, and reduction in power consumption, cross platform support, faster app speeds, buffer protection, data execution protection and many more minor improvements.
The news of new launch was confirmed by senior technical person in Microsoft; Dave Cutler The launch of the update is not declared yet but the company plans to launch the same soon. It is also likely that the new 64 bit operating system would be launched later this year with the Windows 10 Anniversary update.
