2016 is knocking at the door. Going by the rumors from industry insiders, it looks like that Microsoft has really pulled up its pants and is all set to make a mark in the mobile phone market. After staying relegated and neglected for a long time, the Windows phone manufacturer is expected to hit the market in 2016 with a number of mid-range budget phones that would offer customers a great combination between cost, durability and features. Currently Microsoft is focusing on their Flagship devices the Lumia 950 Best Buy and Lumia 950 XL Best Buy. These are the first devices based on Windows 10 Mobile OS.

Leaked Lumia 850

Microsoft has not made any official announcement about the release date of Lumia 850, but if rumors are to be believed, the phone would make its debut somewhere during the first half of 2016. We are still not very sure about the product specifications, but from the leaked images it looks like the phone would probably have a 5.5-inch capacitive touchscreen display with 361 ppi.

Physically Lumia 850 is expected to be much slimmer than her previous counterparts. The upcoming handset is believed to one of the thinnest models from the house of Microsoft. This is a major design revolution that would put the phone in the competition league with other flagship phones like iPhone 6 and iPhone 6S.
